Dermot Cavanagh is the presenter behind the hit BBC TV series ‘Awash With Colour’ and the new learn to paint website Awashontheweb.com. He is holding a tour of 1-day watercolour workshop throughout the UK. Everyone is welcome from beginners to the most experienced artists. Dermot’s workshops are geared towards helping all levels of artistic ability learn new and develop their existing skills. Master tutor Dermot will guide you through techniques and exercises that will inform, encourage and inspire, while helping you create your painting step-by-step. You will learn about colour mixing, perspective and washes as well as many other tips for successful watercolour painting.
All painting materials will be provided for use on the day.
The workshop starts at 10.00am and finishes at 5.00pm. Tea/coffee will be served on arrival and throughout the day. Places are strictly limited to allow for lots of Dermot’s individual attention.
