| At the moment I am not able to watch a complete chapter in any of the painting workshop subjects because after only a few minutes viewing they stop and the screen goes black. I can only restart at the beginning of a chapter hence the reason for not being able to view a chapter to the full. I access the internet through Internet Explorer and have a broadband download speed of 3176 Kbps. Can anyone suggest a solution to the problem. Brian

| Hi Brian sorry to here you are having probs. I am away from home at the moment doing a tour of watercolour workshops around the UK at the moment. But I did log on to my lap top this evening and played through a few of the workshops without any of the problems you mention. I have passed your post on to the technical team to see if they can come up with any suggestions. Regards Dermot Cavanagh

| Hi Dermot, Thanks for your quick response to my earlier message. I am pleased to tell you that I solved the problem by uninstalling Internet Explorer 8 and then reinstalling it.I don't know why this worked but I can now view the tutorials without any breaks. Regards Brian
